Quick Fix For Lethargy - Maya Fiennes Nutrition

Hello friends

It seems now more than ever people are complaining about feeling fatigued, drained, tired, and lethargic. Does this sound like you? Believe me, I've been there.

There could be many reasons why you're feeling like this, the problem could be mental, physical or emotional but more often than not, it could just be your adrenals are all clogged up! Try this amazing quick fix for clearing the adrenals which will leave you feeling full of energy and back to your normal bouncing self in no time!

Ingredients
   
4oz warm water
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  
Method
  
Mix these ingredients together and drink in the morning on an empty stomach whenever you're feeling particularly tired. This tonic will clear your adrenals giving you a burst of energy to last for the rest of the day.
